To achieve this, Gogolook has partnered with CloudMile, a company with rich experience in data and AI implementation, to assist in building a comprehensive data pipeline from aggregation, analysis to visualization on the Google Cloud platform. Moreover, amidst the rise of generative AI, Gogolook continues to explore new AI-driven business applications.

Firstly, Gogolook utilizes Google Cloud Firebase to record user interactions and browsing behavior within its various apps, such as Whoscall. It then integrates this data with the cloud data warehouse BigQuery for subsequent analysis. By combining this analysis with the visualization platform Looker Studio, Gogolook gains insights such as identifying frequently queried phone numbers and then conducts multiple verifications for phone calls, to increase the sources of fraud data, or to consolidate patterns and methods used by repeat offenders for fraud prevention within their app services. Yimin Kao, Director of Data and Business Intelligence at Gogolook, noted that the Google Cloud platform provides a comprehensive data ecosystem and user-friendly interface, allowing technical personnel to focus on analyzing business topics rather than solving technical issues. This effectively reduces the onboarding time for new employees in the data department by 30%. Kao stated, "Looking ahead, we hope to leverage the powerful analytical and predictive capabilities of AI to enable colleagues from different departments to easily discover potential trends in large amounts of data. Additionally, with the assistance of CloudMile, Gogolook is currently evaluating the use of Google Cloud Vertex AI services.
